The year compass is a free reflection tool that we have both worked with over the last several years to review the year prior and set intentions for the year ahead.

This December we invite you to join us for a half day community circle to work  with the tool in a friendly community setting. Think of it like a half day retreat from the comfort of your own home!  If you’d like extra support to stay  accountable to your intentions, we also  invite you to join us for three additional 90 minute zoom calls, spread out seasonally over 2022.  Before you join us, we ask that you look over the tool to make yourself familiar with it. It can be downloaded here for free or by donation.

It is our hope that by participating you will

  • Honor and let go of the year that has just passed

  • Set intentions for the new year to get deliberate with the energy you want to bring, what you want your relationship with yourself to look like, what qualities you want to embody, and how you want to move through the world

  • Deepen your relationship with yourself

  • Hold yourself in gentle accountability and track your progress over the year

  • Connect to others in a supportive community

Schedule:

Upcoming circles

SPRING: March 30 7:30-9pm EST

SUMMER: June 8 7:30-9pm
FALL: Sept 14 7:30-9pm

Format:

12:30-1:30 Introductions, review of tool, opening circle
1:30-3:30 Solo writing time to work with the tool (it typically takes several hours)
3:30-5:00 Closing circle and sharing intentions for the year ahead

For those who might not have the afternoon to themselves, an option for you might be to work with the tool in advance and join for the check in and closing circle. We find that sharing and witnessing others is a powerful way to crystalize our own thinking and integration.

Three follow up sessions will take place in April, June and September (dates TBD). They will be 90 minutes in length. Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before each session to settle in.
