Coaching

I began my journey as a coach in the Fall of 2015 when I met Tammy Neilson. Tammy was my coach when I was navigating the end of my Ph.D. I knew academia wasn’t for me, but I had no idea where to go next, and felt hopelessly disconnected from my own inner knowing, talents, and skills. Tammy’s coaching helped me to hone in on what I loved, and find creative ways to offer it to the world - in ways that ensured I am paid what I’m worth.

In 2016 I was a part of Tammy’s Creating Realities Coach Training Program, and under her guidance, and the support of my peers like Laura Severinac, I began my own private practice. In the ensuing years, I have independently hosted two retreats, and collaborated with Laura on The Coaching Studio, and other heart-centered programs. Part of my coaching time is spent at the Intercultural Skills Lab at Rotman (UofT) working with clients from the various Business Edge programs.

For me, coaching is an opportunity to offer you deep listening, identify your strengths and skills, and come up with creative solutions to build the career that suits you best.
